Demystifying the Role of the Syndic at the
Chambre de l’assurance de dommages
Compliance

Description

The ChAD’s members tend to underestimate the role played by the syndic and the discipline committee. And yet—as is the case for all professional orders or self-regulating bodies such as the ChAD—it is they who ensure that the public is protected and that the population continues to trust the profession.
