ABOUT THE CHAMBRE DE L'ASSURANCE DE DOMMAGES

The Chambre de l'assurance de dommages (ChAD) is a self-regulatory organization for damage insurance agents and brokers, and claims adjusters. One of the main obligations of the professionals supervised by the ChAD is to advise consumers about estate protection, and as such they are governed by a code of ethics designed to ensure that they carry out their practice with competence and integrity.
