Whether you are an agent, a broker, a claims adjuster or an underwriter, the damage insurance industry needs you!

The Coalition is always on the lookout for passionate professionals who wish to do their share to help enhance the image of industry. We therefore invite you to share your passion for your work by becoming one of our “Ambassadors”. This means that you will partake in the activities of the Coalition, for example by offering your testimonial and by giving presentations about damage insurance professions in high schools and Cegeps, or at employment-related events.

Since its creation, the Coalition has devoted considerable efforts to promoting career opportunities in the damage insurance industry, and to enhancing the image of its professionals. In addition to participating in employment fairs and events, it meets many young people who are considering a career change, so they can provide them with a realistic picture of the damage insurance industry.
