Board of Directors

In accordance with the Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services, the Board of directors of the ChAD comprises 13 members:

• 11 administrators (5 brokers, 3 agents, 2 experts employed by an insurer and 1 independent expert) who serve three-year mandates and are chosen by their peers through elections held annually, with a rotation by profession from year to year.

• 2 administrators named by the Minister of Finance to represent the consumer.

• The president and the vice-president, who are appointed once a year by the Board of directors.
