Mandate termination

As a customer’s agent, the representative or the claims adjuster must inform his client if he decides to terminate his mandate to find or renew an insurance policy for the client. The procedure describes the steps to follow at the end of a mandate. Included are examples of letters informing clients of a mandate termination.
