Mandatory Continuing Professional Education

Every two years, all agents, insurance brokers and claims adjusters must complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional education in order to maintain and develop their professional competencies. This ensures that ChAD professionals update their knowledge on a regular basis throughout their whole career.
