Mission

The mission of the Coalition is to attract more candidates to the damage insurance industry, and to enhance the image of professionals who work in it.

The Coalition was established in January 2002, in the wake of a survey entitled "La disponibilité du personnel qualifié apte à travailler dans les cabinets d'assurances au Québec" (The Availability of Personnel Qualified to Work in Quebec’s Insurance Firms), which highlighted the challenges of recruiting qualified personnel for the industry.

The Coalition exists thanks to the support of the entire damage insurance industry, through a pooling of financial resources.
