Accreditation Process

We provide our members with professional development opportunities to help them maintain and hone their professional skills. Each member must attend 20 hours of professional development training over the course of each two-year compliance period. It is essential for them to comply with this measure; failure to do so will result in the non-renewal of their certificate of practice.

Training Activities Accreditation
The Compulsory Professional Development program is based on the accreditation of high-quality training activities. Training organizations, trainers, law firms, consultants or damage insurance companies can apply for an accreditation.
