Property evaluation

When they insure a building, policy-holders often rely on their damage insurance representative to decide how much insurance they will buy and, consequently, to ascertain how much it would cost to rebuild their property. However, broker and agents are not qualified to perform evaluations. This document describes how they must inform customers in order to fulfill their obligations as advisors.
