Provisional insurance confirmation

When it is impossible to hand the customer an insurance policy immediately or, in certain cases, within a short time, it is recommended to give the client a provisional insurance confirmation. The suggested procedure, which lays down the rules governing the procedure to hand over a provisional confirmation, comes with two examples of provisional insurance confirmations (car and home).
