The ChAD favours openness and transparency. This is why it makes a point of keeping its members and partners informed about its activities through ChADPresse, its semi-monthly magazine, and ChADExpress, its Internet newsletter (both available in French only).

All the position papers in which the ChAD has taken decisions about various issues in the context of different commissions are made available to our members and partners, who can thus take note of the organization’s position, e.g. about business practices, selling insurance products without representatives or alternative guarantees, for example.

Finally, the annual report (available in French only) is an invaluable source of information describing the main orientations of the head office and the Board of directors, as well as the ChAD’s achievements.
