Policy Renewals

Upon renewing an insurance policy, the representative has specific obligations. He must in particular check if the client’s needs have changed and, if such is the case, offer him an insurance policy that suits his new situation. The document (in French only), which describes the steps to follow during a renewal, comes with notices of renewal (for car and home insurances) to send to customers.
