Schedule of hearings

The Hearings of the Discipline Committee are open to the public and they abide by the rules of customary law, the burden of proof and the right to a full answer and defense. The Discipline Committee determines whether a professional is guilty or not. One can appeal a decision of the Discipline Committee before the Court of Quebec.
