WHEN RENEWING YOUR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICY

It is important to notify your damage insurance representative of anything that could trigger changes to your insurance policy.


	For example, if you answer YES to any of the following questions, please contact your representative.
	Yes	No	Check Yes or NO to the following questions

Question 1			Have you moved?

Question 2			Have you changed jobs or professions?

Question 3			Are you using your vehicle for work?

Question 4			Are you using your vehicle outside of Quebec?

Question 5			Has the distance driven to your work changed?

Question 6			Is a new driver using your vehicle?

Question 7			Have you recently made any changes to your vehicle or installed any equipment that will increase its value or performance?

Question 8			Have you put your vehicle into storage or put it back on the road?

Question 9			Have you had a vehicle tracking device installed in your vehicle or had one deactivated?

Question 10			Have you or any other driver of the vehicle been found guilty of violating the Highway Traffic Act or had your license suspended?
	These are simply examples and do not constitute an exhaustive list. If you are unsure which information you should give your representative, do not hesitate to contact him or her.
